Evolve’s Trust Board is responsible for all things Governance, Strategy and Risk.  Board members are a voluntary role meaning individuals donate their time and expertise to governing Evolve. We try to offset this by providing an awesome meal at Board meetings which are held once a month.   To ensure the Board reflects the diversity of the community that we serve, a minimum of 5 Board members must be under the age of 30, including one of the Co-Chairs.  Members are appointed for a two year term. 

Every year we hold an Annual General Meeting (AGM), where we appoint Co-Chairs, Secretary and Treasurer and new members.  We carry out the official business where we receive the Annual Report, Financial Accounts and appoint auditors and accountants too.  Our Board operates on a consensus decision making model.
