Gregor Fountain
Strategic Engagement Manager - Sport New Zealand

Gregor has had a career focused on the development and wellbeing of rangatahi. His current role is as Sport New Zealand’s Strategic Engagement Manager. Prior to joining Sport New Zealand, Gregor had more than 25 years as a secondary school teacher and leader. He was the Principal of Paraparaumu College (2013-2018) and then Wellington College (2018-2022). He is the father of three teenage boys, lives in Newtown, volunteers in community sport, and can often be found walking or running through Wellington's town belt. His pronouns are he/him.
