School Based Health Services is a national programme to improve access to health care for New Zealand’s young people, by delivering services to young people in places where they already are. Evolve are proud to be a part of this programme and currently have health clinics in the following locations:

• Wellington East Girls’ College

• Rongotai College

• Te Ara School

• Te Kura Māori o Porirua

• St Catherine’s College

• St Mary’s College Wellington

• Wellington Boys & Girls Institute (BGI)

You must be a student of the school in order to see the nurse. To make an appointment at your school clinic talk with your teacher, guidance counsellor or front office.
