2022 AGM invite

You're invited to Evolve's 2022 Annual General Meeting on Thursday 29 September!

The AGM will be held at at Evolve, Level 2 James Smith Building, corner Manners and Cuba Street, from 5.30pm. For those who prefer to attend online, a Google Meet link is available. There will be kai and beverages available for attendees from 5.30, and the formal parts will kick off at 6.15.

During the formalities, the Board will approve the AGM minutes from 2021, and receive and consider: 
- the Audit for the 2021-2022 Financial Year
- the Annual Report for Te Whanganui-A-Tara Trust (Evolve Youth Service)
- the Board will also appoint an chair or co-chair, an auditor or accountant, a secretary, a treasurer and new Board members.
