If you meet the criteria, Evolve is able to provide you with a medical certificate for the Jobseeker Support Benefit. The team at Evolve will work with you to try and address any barriers stopping you from being able to work. We will encourage you to try part-time work, voluntary work or study.

• You must be enrolled with Evolve to get a medical certificate
• Renewal of medical certificates may be done after one month for a second month, then after the second month for a further three months, however this is up to the doctor involved in your case.
• For anything beyond five months, you must see a different doctor at Evolve to review your case. This review is about looking at different ways to help get back into work or study.
• We do not support young people being on the Jobseeker Support Benefit long-term.
• You will need to make an appointment with a doctor for a medical certificate. Please book well in advance of the date that you need the certificate renewed.
