There are four ways to make an appointment:

1. Phone us on 04 473 6204 between 9am and 6pm on weekdays. Sometimes our phones are busy, but if you leave a message we’ll get back to you as soon as we can.

2. You can also email us at reception@evolveyouth.org.nz at any time. If you need to get in touch urgently it is better to caand speak to someone. If email is your preferred method of contact please adjust your inbox filters to make sure our responses don’t go to your junk folder!

3. If you are a registered client and over 18 years old you can also login to your managemyhealth account and book appointments through the app: check it out here. To learn more about managemyhealth you can talk to anyone at Evolve and  they can help you set it up for you.

4. Drop by and see us in the James Smith Building on the corner of Cuba & Manners Street. We’re on the second floor above just above Rebel Sport.

Do you want someone to stay with you during your appointment?

Anyone is welcome to have someone stay with them during their appointment (this person is sometimes called a chaperone).

The chaperone can be a family member, friend or staff member.

If you want a staff member to stay with you during your appointment, please let the Receptionist know when you arrive for your appointment.
